YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You lead strategic conversations with customers to identify opportunities and drive value through our services
  • You assist in identifying business and revenue potential of each customer and help resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • You manage multiple client accounts simultaneously across different lifecycle stages
  • You handle the implementation of customers into internal systems to enable bookings with negotiated rates
  • You maintain high data quality in CRM systems and verify that customer rates remain valid
  • You represent Sixt positively in competitive local markets by understanding client needs and promoting solutions

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have 1+ years of customer-facing B2B experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
  • Education You have a Bachelor's degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Technical Proficiency You are experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and working with CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to Excellence You are self-driven, and able to ito take on multiple tasks at once
  • Travel You are flexible and able to travel within in the US (10% travel)
