US Family Health Plan is a Department of Defense-sponsored health plan for uniformed services members, retirees and their family members. The USFHP Inside Sales Representative supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing direct sales functions for US Family Health Plan. Duties include but are not limited to: providing direct sales and prospective member education, by answering questions and clarifying plan features, to military beneficiaries regarding US Family Health Plan benefits via inbound telephone and email inquiries. This position also involves initiating follow-up activities through out bound calling using the contact management system, initiating service recovery techniques, assisting with event planning and coordination, providing feedback on the response to marketing initiatives, information packet fulfillment processing, inventory tracking and ordering.

- Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field.
- Telephone sales/marketing or high volume customer service experience.
