We have a goldmine of previous estimates and canceled appointments—people who wanted a beautiful new bathroom but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. We need a Rehash Specialist to dive back in, re-engage these homeowners, and close the deal.
The RoleThis isn't cold calling. You’ll be reaching out to warm leads who have already interacted with our brand. Your mission is to:
Re-engage: Call homeowners with unsold estimates to address their concerns and find a path forward.
Reschedule: Re-book canceled appointments and get our design team back in the door.
Solve Problems: Use your sales skills to overcome objections regarding budget, timing, or design.
Win: Turn missed opportunities into signed contracts.
Killer Phone Skills: You are engaging, articulate, and can build rapport in seconds.
Sales Instincts: You know how to pivot a conversation and ask for the sale.
Hunger: You aren't satisfied with just your hourly base—you want that uncapped commission.
Integrity: You are honest with customers and represent our brand with professionalism.
Remote Ready: You have a quiet home office setup and the discipline to work independently.
