What we are looking for:
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, identifying new business opportunities, and helping customers discover how AnyDesk can support their business. Working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you'll play an important role in driving our growth across the EMEA region.
- Responding to inbound leads and identifying new sales opportunities across the EMEA region
- Consulting prospects via phone, email, MS Teams, Zoom, and other communication channels to understand their business needs
- Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities
- Continuously developing your sales skills and product knowledge while contributing to the team's success
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales activities
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Business fluent in English and Polish
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in SaaS or software sales
- Familiarity with sales methodologies
- Strong customer-first mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
