Your Responsibilities
Provide process consulting on the use of modern SaaS solutions with a focus on ERP software and digital solutions
Act as a single point of contact for customers, independently identifying needs and potential opportunities
Independently manage and support existing customers throughout all sales phases, with a strong focus on achieving personal targets for consulting services and IT product sales
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through independently planned sales activities
Collaborate within a cross-functional team and with key interfaces such as Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Consulting
Support account planning and assist in contract preparation using the CRM system, while maintaining and updating all relevant customer data independently
Your Profile
Completed degree (e.g. Business Administration with a focus on Sales) or a comparable vocational qualification; graduates with initial practical experience are welcome
Structured, independent, and customer- as well as results-oriented way of working
Strong interest in innovative solutions and a passion for sales
Enjoy working with people and excellent communication skills
Very good German and English language skills
Willingness to travel as part of sales activities
