The Inside Sales Representative, Level II (ISR II) is responsible for driving new business growth by selling EnlivenHealth solutions to multi-store independent pharmacies. This role focuses on expanding the EnlivenHealth customer base and increasing market share while meeting established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. The ISR II manages both new prospects and existing accounts and collaborates with the Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams for coordinated execution. The position reports directly to the Manager, Inside Sales, and functions as an individual contributor on the Inside Sales Team within EnlivenHealth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, campaigns, social media, and other channels.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential leads for fit with company’s products/services and target market.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee complex sales cycles from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-up and addressing customer inquiries. Manage larger deals with multiple decision-makers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of EnlivenHealth’s products and services to effectively communicate value.
- Competitive Intelligence: Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- CRM Management: Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales Management, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Digital Experience, and Solution Sales to achieve objectives.
- Goal Achievement: Set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent EnlivenHealth’s mission, values, and vision.
- Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, 1:1 sessions, and brainstorming activities to support business growth.
