What You'll Be Doing:
Customer relationship Management: Act as the primary internal contact for assigned customer accounts, providing proactive service and support. You will be working with a Field Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Representative who will call on the same account base, and you will both manage the territory as a team.
Sales processing (Oracle): Utilize Oracle to process RFQ's (request for quotes), sales orders, and manage various order alerts.
Inventory and Logistics: Check stock availability and shipping dates, assist in managing after the sale situations with the support of our Customer Service team.
Lead Generation and prospecting: Manage leads from our suppliers. Working with your FSE/TSR to expand product offerings at existing accounts.
Technical support: Collaborate with FSE/TSR, Product Managers, and Field Application Engineers to assist in providing technical solutions and product alternatives to customers.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-4+ years of Inside Sales or Sales support experience, preferably in electronic component or semiconductor distribution.
Software Proficiency: Proven experience using Oracle or similar (ERP/CRM) for order processing, quoting, and customer data management (preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of semiconductors, passive components, or electronic components (preferred).
Skills: Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), strong negotiation abilities, and high attention to detail required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary if there is proven industry experience.
This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms
Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Revenue targets and growth within assigned territory/accounts
Quote turnaround time and conversion rate.
Accuracy of Oracle data entry (order entry/quoting).
Customer satisfaction and retention rates
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
