What You Will Do:
Machine rod guides as per customer demand in accordance with all quality and safety protocols

Answers incoming calls to the inside sales team.

Takes orders from customers, entering order information accurately; provides information on the ordering and shipping processes.

Answers questions about products; directs technical questions to Inside Technical Sales Representatives.

Answers questions and provides information about services.
-
Checks inventory for product availability, schedules delivery and verifies pricing.
-
May arrange for the visit of a sales representative.

Clearly and accurately documents issues.

Promotes sales of connected or new products.
-
May call existing customers to assess customer's inventories and needs for replenishing.

Resolves customer inquiries relating to shipping; communicates resolution to customers.

Revises inside sales manuals and procedures.

Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures.

Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.

Maintains confidentiality of all matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

Four year college or university degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Good math and analytical skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to use a customer relationship management system.
