Summary Generated by Built In

As an Inside Sales supporting Fiplex Communications, you will help accelerate growth by engaging customers remotely and managing FlexBDA opportunities from initial inquiry and qualification through design, estimation, proposal, follow-up, and conversion. This entry-level, customer-facing sales role will interact with customers primarily by phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital sales tools, with occasional in-person visits. You will serve as the primary inside-sales coordinator between our Enterprise customers, design partners, field sales teams, and internal teams, ensuring projects advance efficiently and customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed.

You will report directly to our Director of Sales and work out of our HQ in Atlanta GA, or Houston Texas on a REMOTE work schedule.

In this developmental, quota-carrying inside sales role, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales, services, pipeline, and activity targets by qualifying inbound demand, conducting targeted outbound follow-up, converting FlexBDA projects, preparing and coordinating estimates, and growing sales of the complete Fiplex scope, including design services, implementation support, passive components, and related solutions. Because this position carries an assigned sales quota, it is eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive Plan in accordance with applicable plan terms. You will use consultative selling skills and disciplined phone, email, and virtual engagement to demonstrate the value of a complete Fiplex solution and guide customers toward the scope that best satisfies their project requirements.
