Inside Sales Representative I
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative, Level I (ISR I) is responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling EnlivenHealth solutions to single-store independent pharmacies. The ISR I will grow the EnlivenHealth customer base, increase market share, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. The role manages both new prospects and existing accounts and works collaboratively with Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams to execute sales strategies. The ISR I is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads via cold calling, campaigns, lead generation, and social media outreach.
- Qualifying Leads: Evaluate prospects to ensure alignment with target markets and EnlivenHealth solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring prompt follow-up and addressing customer inquiries.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of EnlivenHealth products and services to communicate value to customers.
- CRM Utilization: Use Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales Management, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Digital Experience, and Solution Sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Results Achievement: Set and meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent EnlivenHealth’s mission, core values, and vision in all interactions.
- Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, one-on-ones, and brainstorming sessions to support business growth.

Basic Qualifications

- 0–2 years of sales experience

Working Conditions
- Fully on-site office-based role located in Ft. Worth, TX
