Inside Sales Representative with German - Small Business Demand Generation (German market) 

Warsaw, Poland

What you’ll achieve 

 

The Small Business Demand Generation Representative is responsible for selling ground-breaking Dell Technologies products and achieving set quotas in small business environment in Germany. It is a real Trusted Advisor role. As a Small Business Demand Generation Representative for Germany, you will be responsible for supporting clients by providing Dell Technologies solutions while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. Our team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customers’ needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other members of the sales team. 

 

You will:  

  • Uncover new business opportunities by engaging, building and maintaining relationships with customers. 

  • Achieve short- and long-term set target: Revenue, Sales Leads actioned and Conversion rates. 

  • Collaborate with wide Sales support functions to deliver best-in-class customer experience. 

  • Continuously invests into own self-development (technical trainings, soft skills). 

  • Stays informed about marketing and merchandising activities that will help to articulate market advantage to customers.

Essential Requirements: 

  • University degree and first experience in sales related role. 

  • Excellent German communication skills, written and spoken. English communication skills are an advantage. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

  • Results-driven, strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 

  

Desirable Requirements: 

  • Passionate for Sales & IT.  

  • Knowledge of Dell Technologies portfolio.
