We are currently seeking results-driven and experienced Inside Sales Representatives (outbound, full-cycle sales) to join our growing team.

$80K+ compensation with quota met. Unlimited commission potential!

What you will do:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensure a seamless transition to the account management team.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
  • Be the point of origin for strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall company goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B outbound sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
