What You'll Do:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating quotes, supporting existing accounts, and helping customers find the right calibration and testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales leads and customer inquiries via phone, email, and web channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generate and follow up on quotes for calibration services, repair services, and equipment sales
  • Coordinate with service managers and operations teams to schedule onsite calibration services
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records within company systems
  • Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership on lead nurturing and customer outreach initiatives
  • Assist customers with product, service, and technical information by working closely with internal subject matter experts
  • Track customer interactions and sales activities through CRM and ERP systems
  • Support sales initiatives related to ETI's testing equipment, power supplies, accessories, and service offerings
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through timely communication and problem resolution

  • Consistently follow up on leads and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Work collaboratively across sales, operations, and customer service teams
  • Help drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities
  • Provide customers with a seamless experience from initial inquiry through order completion
Qualifications:Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of inside sales, business development, customer service, or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
  • Experience in B2B sales, industrial services, manufacturing, technical products, or calibration services
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
  • Experience using marketing automation or email campaign tools
  • Familiarity with electrical test equipment, calibration services, or technical service environments
  • Experience with Qualer or similar service-management platforms

Skills Required
