Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Inside Sales Representative to drive new business pipeline creation across our cloud and SaaS portfolio.
This is not a reactive lead qualification role.
What you will be doing at ARROW:
Generate demand through targeted outbound prospecting
Engage both partners and end customers
Run consultative discovery conversations
Create and qualify opportunities for the field sales team
Generate new pipeline through outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Identify and engage key stakeholders across target accounts
Execute targeted account-based prospecting strategies
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Who are we looking for?
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in outbound sales / SDR / inside sales in SaaS, cloud, or IT
Strong prospecting capability (cold outreach, LinkedIn, account targeting)
Commercial mindset with focus on pipeline and outcomes
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
