You will be located in De Lier Netherlands (near The Hague and Rotterdam) and work in a committed team where you can take on various tasks related to the order intake of our customers.

About Packaging Solutions

The Packaging Solutions division develops and sells premium fiber-based packaging products and services. Stora Enso’s high-end eco-friendly packaging products are used by leading brands across multiple market sectors, including the retail, e-commerce and industrial sectors. The portfolio includes converting corrugated board and carton board, and other new materials such as formed fiber and wood foams into standard and bespoke packaging solutions. The division also provides design and sustainability services for our customers, as we support a shift towards circular solutions.

About the position:
As an Inside Sales Representative you are the first point of contact for our (potential) customers, by telephone and email. You are also responsible, together with our Outside Sales Representatives, for bringing in potential customers. You assess and handle all incoming leads and are responsible for the entire sales process for our smaller leads, from the first customer contact to guiding the (potential) customers and preparing quotations.

You are enthusiastic about digitization and you take our (potential) customer into the world of Stora Enso. Your enthusiasm convinces them to start a collaboration with us. As our Inside Sales Representative, you work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives and daughter companies (wholesalers) in our Business Unit to ensure the right follow-up and, of course, do everything you can to ensure that the deal is eventually closed. A real commercial position in which you get the space to learn and you directly contribute to the growth of Stora Enso!

Who are we looking for?

We expect you to have a Bachelor degree (HBO) and you speak fluently English and Dutch, both written and spoken. You like to explore through your expertise and enthusiasm and you easily establish collaborations. You have just graduated or have some commercial experience and are looking for a dynamic working environment with varied work activities. In this position you need to be verbally strong, have the goodwill on the phone and are able to connect the right colleagues based on customer needs. You also get the opportunity to grow to other positions within Stora Enso.

As a person, you are brave and dare to challenge your peers, and manager to further improve and develop. You are committed and engaged, and your work is structured, thorough, and shows business acumen. You thrive in a fast-changing environment, and you meet deadlines. You also have great ability to build lasting, long-term relations with customer and our internal stakeholder. You find it easy and enjoyable to collaborate, both with co-workes and with customers and you have clear and effective communication skills. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
