As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the client's sales efforts by prospecting and generating new leads, qualifying potential customers, and closing deals. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting the client's services, and providing exceptional customer service.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. You should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets. Job Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
  • Qualifying leads and identifying potential customers
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of the client's services to prospects
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role
  • Solid experience in doing inbound and outbound calls
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
      • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

  • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
