As our new Inside Sales Representative you will have the responsibility for selling Agilent Technologies products, solutions, and services to our valued customers across Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC) and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular). This includes instrument, software, and related accessories in a defined territory primarily through outbound and inbound sales activities via telephone, email and other digital methods.

Responsibilities include but not limited
  • Meet sales objectives by driving inside and online sales opportunities for specific products defined. You will provide quotas, interpret customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end user contacts within assigned territory and/or products.
  • Handle your own sales funnel using your own initiative to identify business opportunities by taking a creative approach. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives. Provide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to date.
  • Actively generate business opportunities for growth and represent Agilent in all sales activities working with the field staff. In addition, retain and grow the existing customers.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional team and internal resources.
  • Solve non-routine issues and problems within field of specialization and create and maintain effective customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • University degree within the science field - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar.
  • Have relevant experience in analytical techniques (Chromatography; LC, GC, MS or Spectroscopy) in a similar position or as an end user. First Experience with laboratory informatics systems such as CDS, Data Management Systems, ELN or LIMS is a plus.
  • Experience in Sales would be a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English is essential.
