About the Role

Warm leads. No cold calling. Uncapped earning potential.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you’ll connect with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in Milan through our marketing channels. Your job is to build rapport, understand what they’re looking for, answer questions, and turn that interest into a booked consultation.

You’ll connect with leads through phone, text, email, and chat in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. This is a performance-driven role where your results directly impact your commission—with no cap on what you can earn.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $20/hour ($41,600 annually)

• Typical Total Earnings: $60,000+ annually with commission

• Top Performers: $70,000+ annually

• Uncapped commission

Schedule

This is a 40-hour-per-week position with 10-hour shifts:

• Three weekdays each week

• Rotating weekends — Saturday and Sunday every other weekend

• Combination of morning and evening shifts based on business needs

Business Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 10:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Connect with warm, marketing-generated leads through phone, text, email, and chat

• Convert prospective clients into booked consultations

• Build rapport quickly and confidently explain the value of Milan

• Create excitement and urgency around taking the next step

• Manage multiple conversations and systems in a high-volume environment

• Accurately document client interactions and coordinate scheduling with clinics nationwide

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals

• Use real-time coaching and feedback to continuously improve your results

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• 1+ year of sales, appointment-setting, or KPI-driven experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence building rapport and asking for the next step

• Ability to type 60+ WPM and navigate multiple systems

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven sales environment

• Coachable, competitive, and motivated by results

• Call center experience preferred
