The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Rep to help accelerate growth across SMB clinics in Australia.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from first contact to close — selling into General Practices, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics.
You’ll qualify inbound leads, tailor your pitch to different clinic roles, and convert interest into loyal customers.
Backed by a strong Go-To-Market team, including onboarding specialists, marketing, and product supporting you at every step.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where performance is visible and speed matters.

What You’ll Own
- The end-to-end sales process for SMB clinics
- Inbound and outbound outreach to engage clinic decision-makers
- Collaboration with Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos
- Clear articulation of Lyrebird’s value to practice managers and clinicians
- Pipeline accuracy and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Input into sales messaging, process improvements, and GTM feedback loops
Who You Are
- 2+ years of success in SMB sales at a fast-moving SaaS company
- Held titles like Account Executive (AE), Sales Executive, or Inside Sales Representative? You’ll feel at home here if you’ve closed fast and owned pipeline.
- Proven closer with strong written and verbal communication
- Confident handling multiple stakeholders and adjusting your pitch
- Self-directed, dependable, and detail-aware
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Loom, and Slack
- Bonus: experience selling into healthcare or clinics (not required)
