THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team! In this role, you must contact assigned schools to renew their magazine subscriptions and generate new business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create business relationships and uncover sales opportunities
Develop proposals, quotes, and negotiations to create a compelling case for our product or services.
Manage sales-productivity software tools effectively to track your sales activities, manage contact information for sales prospects and current customers
Conduct Implementation and In-Classroom Support training as part of the retention process for existing customers
Cold call to schedule appointments for new customer development
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and product training
Develop marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve retention and new business sales goals.
Maintain a regular calling cadence with each assigned account to ensure the customer’s goals and expectations are being met.
Demonstrate a commanding knowledge of your target customers, competitors, and industry trends.

QualificationsHOW YOU CAN FIT (Qualifications)
Ability to learn and understand education market terminology.
Experience in telephone sales, customer service, or education preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
