As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS). In this role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a reliable partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
An opportunity for promotion to Outside Sales Representative is available after a successful six-month training period. This presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth and skill development!
The annual base salary range is $55,000 - $75,000. This position is incentive plan eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Must attain a Bachelor's or Master's degree between May 2023 and June 2024 from an accredited college or university.
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
