Job Responsibilities & Requirements

A Brief Overview
Drive revenue growth and expanding our customer base by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Responsible for vetting sales leads, maintaining and growing strong relationships with existing customers, and cultivating connections with potential new ones.
Responsibilities

• Maintaining relationships and growing existing territory accounts revenue through electronic engagement, phone contact and onsite visits (minimal).

• Collaborating with other departments such as field sales, marketing and customer service to align sales strategies and optimize the customer experience.

• Utilize CRM to manage incoming lead pipeline as well as prospecting leads as required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Related Field required

• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis

• 2+ Years of related sales, account management, customer service experience required

• Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

Additional Requirements

• Approximately 10% travel required for sales/team meetings and customer account visits.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
