Department: Eastern Region Sales
Locations: Montreal, Quebec Or Mississauga, Ontario
Pay: Canadian dollars
What we are looking for: Inside Sales Representative (Bi-lingual French and English)
What you will do:
- Receiving and processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Enter orders in SAP
- Follow up with customers
- Update customers on backorder status
- Resolve customer issues
- Process returns, credits and debits
- Provide back-up support to the primary Dispatcher for Eastern region
- Provide back-up support to the primary Parts Sales Coordinator in Eastern region
- Maintain our customer database in CRM
- Other duties as required
Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management and communications skills
- Outstanding inside or indirect selling of commercial products – recognized for selling skills
- Capable to work in both French and English. Must speak French.
- Organized and detailed oriented; strong follow through
- Capable of managing in Salesforce.com and customer ordering systems
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management and selling B2B commercial products.
- High School graduate, plus relevant college or university certificate
- Experience in printing equipment or supplies industries would be an advantage.
