Job Summary
Responsible for generating quotes, entering orders, and managing the shipment and delivery of products. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
•Builds strong customer relationships through outreach and follow up, applies product knowledge to support needs, and delivers exceptional service using the company's billing system
•Collaborates with the Account Manager to enter orders, create quotes as needed, and identify cross-sell opportunities while supporting project service, resolving issues, and customer satisfaction.
•Qualifies leads, identifies opportunities and tracks progress using the CRM system with urgency and discipline.
•Maintains strong work relationships with vendors.
•Independently processes orders and billing from project start to close with accuracy and transparency.
•Occasionally visits job sites to review customer orders, assess their needs, and ensure they have all necessary materials and support.
•Supports special projects and team initiatives as assigned, demonstrating teamwork and excellence.

Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

•Proficient with Microsoft product suite including Word and Excel.
•Ability to estimate, price, and prepare scope proposals.
