Inside Sales Associates provide superior service and get industrial and contractor customers the materials they need, where they need them, when they need them so they can complete their job.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Understand customer needs
- Provide detailed quotations based on customer specifications
- Provide the right products and solutions that meet customer requirements
- Process and schedule customer orders
- Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Strong relationship builder
- Technical PVF, valve and regulator sizing
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to provide fast and accurate quotations
- Ability to use computer, Microsoft Office, Solar Eclipse order processing system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
