Bachelors degree or equivalent plus at least 6-7 years of experience, ideally including 2-3 years experience leading teams. Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus. Good knowledge of products and agents industry/market, and good business/financial understanding. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and listening skills required. Able to gain the trust and confidence of clients. Comfortable handling multiple assignments; identify and accomplish priorities in order of importance; able to promptly adjust actions based on changing priorities.
