Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads via cold outreach, networking, and inbound interest
- Leading discovery calls, delivering tailored product demos, and negotiating contracts to close deals
- Building relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., C-level executives) and acting as a trusted advisor
- Utilizing consultative, value-based selling techniques to map software solutions to specific customer pain points
- Working with Marketing, Sales Development (SDRs), Solution Engineer and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date pipelines and activity records in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- An individual contributor end-to-end sales closing role - with US Market with quota of around $60k per quarter. (Quotas may change)
- Work time: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST
- Excellent commission plan (best in the industry).

Requirements:
- Should have done in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas with a Software company
with at least 3+ years’ experience in Technology Sales - Preferably an MBA or an Engineer (not a must though)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Technical aptitude to understand and explain software functionality
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies such as Sandler's, Question-Based Selling, Solution Selling, etc. will be an added advantage
- Knowledge or any background in IT Management Software sales will be a great advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
