A day in the life

We’re looking for a dynamic Manager for Inside Sales to build and lead our sales support reps (SDRs/BDRs). The primary focus for this role is all about driving top-of-funnel growth.  This involves generating, qualifying, and converting opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline in the B2B supply chain sector. As the leader of our pipeline development function, you’ll create scalable prospecting strategies, align closely with marketing, and coach a team of SDRs/BDRs to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team (SDRs/BDRs) to consistently meet pipeline and revenue targets
  • Establish clear performance metrics, monitor outreach effectiveness, and drive accountability for pipeline generation within inside sales team.
  • Design and execute inbound and outbound prospecting strategies that drive qualified opportunities for the sales organization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaign execution, lead routing, and conversion optimization.
  • Work effectively cross-functionally with essentials solution managers, marketing, and project management team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools and AI-driven technologies to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve prospect engagement.
  • Provide actionable market and customer insights to influence go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of inside sales or sales development experience, including 2+ years in a direct leadership role.
  • Experience in pipeline forecasting, quota management, and aligning inside sales performance to broader revenue goals.
  • Proven success building and scaling SDR/BDR teams while consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally within supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience experimenting with AI platforms (e.g., Replit, Jeeva, LangChain) to prototype automations, test AI agents, and enhance workflows for prospecting, outreach, and reporting.
  • Skilled at deploying AI-powered solutions for lead scoring, personalization, and reporting efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Hiring Salary Range of: $103,000 - $142,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
