About the Role

In this role, you will…

  • Lead a team of 8-14 Inside Sales Advisors
  • Monitor calls and daily activity rates (loan applications, total calls, leads touched) and coach on technique/strategies to facilitate operational efficiency and team member productivity
  • Track team metrics daily and strive to ensure team hits department and product attachment goals
  • Conduct weekly lead audits, and ten call audits per Sales Advisor monthly (1 sales and 1 compliance)
  • Maintain adherence to monthly team schedule
  • Handle escalations and customer complaints for team members; act to resolve any immediate team and customer needs
  • Engage in regular performance enablement activities, including individual development conversations and progressive disciplinary action, where necessary
  • Support code of ethics investigations and associated disciplinary actions

This role is based out of our Caribou office in Chandler, AZ. 

About You

  • 2+ years of experience managing inside sales representatives (or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial services sales role (or adjacent industry)
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position value propositions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Results-orientated with a strong bias for execution
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
