The Inside Sales Intern will work collaboratively with the Senior Inside Sales Representative and support the Color Solutions Commercial team.  The Intern will provide support through proactive communication, problem solving, and progressing new sales opportunities to closure.  This role will be based out of Mayfield Heights, OH. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with prospecting and qualifying sales opportunities by contacting potential customers via telephone. 
• Document customer contact and the sales cycle within our CRM.
• Provide and/or generate reporting as requested by business management.

Required Experience:

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.  Completion of at least a sophomore year.
• Coursework or experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technology skills.  Familiarity or experience with a CRM (ideally Salesforce) is a plus.
