What You'll Be Doing:
Connect with customers via phone, email, SMS, and website inquiries—turning leads into loyal fans
Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit
Support both customers and field experts by managing inbound and outbound communications
Keep things organized with accurate data entry in our CRM system (PestRoutes)
Look for opportunities to improve our customer journey and share your ideas
Tackle other fun and meaningful projects as they come!
What You Bring to the Table:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to commute onsite to Irving office 5 days a week
Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus!)
Solid communication and people skills—you know how to keep things clear and positive
Tech comfort: You’re good with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
