Canon UK is recruiting Inside Sales Executives to join a brand-new Information Management Solutions (IMS) team based in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on delivering digital-first customer engagement and sales.
This is a Digital Sales Executive role, part of our Inside Sales Team and you will be responsible for engaging with public sector and commercial prospects and customers to promote Canon’s Information Management solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, desk-based environment using digital tools to connect with prospects, deliver product demonstrations, and convert leads into sales.
As our Digital Sales Executive within our Inside Sales Team you will be responsible for:
Sales Execution
- Conduct outbound IMS campaigns to generate leads and opportunities
- Qualify prospects and manage pipeline through Salesforce CRM
- Achieve individual KPIs including lead conversion and revenue targets
Customer Engagement
- Develop an expert understanding of Canon’s IMS Portfolio and deliver tailored product/service demonstrations via Microsoft Teams as part of the sales cycle
- Understand customer challenges and delivered tailored responses around our IMS portfolio
- Respond to customer queries with professionalism and speed
- Be inquisitive to seek out customer business automation needs and create compelling reason for change business cases Build strong relationships through consistent digital communication
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Use dashboards to track personal performance and pipeline health
Collaboration & Learning
- Participate in team training and coaching sessions
- Share insights and feedback to improve team processes and customer experience
