ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Inside Sales Executive Lead, you’ll be the trusted mentor and motivator for our Inside Sales team, helping them sharpen their skills, build confidence, and deliver exceptional results. You’ll provide day-to-day support, lead by example, and play a hands-on role in driving sales performance.
You’ll also work closely with the Head of Sales to implement and refine strategy, ensuring our team is set up for success. This role is perfect for a high-performing sales professional who’s ready to take that next step into leadership, blending sales excellence with coaching and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and support Inside Sales team members to strengthen their sales techniques and technical know-how.
Act as 2IC to the Head of Sales, assisting with daily team operations and motivation.
Qualify and convert inbound leads from calls, live chat, web enquiries, and partner referrals.
Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, convert them into customers, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Compliance to improve sales processes and outcomes.
Maintain accurate pipelines and customer records in Salesforce, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
Provide insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all onboarding documentation.
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture where everyone thrives.
This role offers a base salary of $90, 000 - $110, 000 plus superannuation and commission, with an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $130,000+ per annum. To support you as you ramp up, we’ll guarantee a minimum of $1,000 in commission each month for your first six months.
