The Impact of an Inside Sales Executive at Coupa:

As a key driver of Coupa's expansion, the Inside Sales Executive directly generates new revenue pipeline by executing targeted, outbound-only prospecting across 200+ enterprise accounts in France. This role is crucial for establishing initial contact, educating prospects on Coupa’s value, and generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. Your success directly influences Coupa's market penetration and contributes to the company's overall revenue growth in a critical European region.



What You'll Do:

  • Drive Coupa’s growth through outbound (only) prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business into a territory of 200+ enterprise accounts (turn over >1b$)
  • Learn from our well-seasoned sales team
  • Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
  • Generate email sequences, and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
  • Reporting in dotted line to France country leader and solid lines to RVP digital Sales
  • Tools : Salesforces, Marketo, Outreach

What You Will Bring To Coupa:

  • Experience & Results: 3-4 years in a quota-carrying Sales Development/Outbound role with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets. Prior knowledge of Spend Management (procurement) is a plus.
  • Communication & Language: Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write high-converting email copy and sequence campaigns. Native/fluent French and business-level English are required.
  • Work Style & Environment: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively autonomously and self-source solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
  • Collaboration: An active relationship builder skilled in collaborating with internal/external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools strongly preferred.
