For our team in Bucharest, we are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Engineer.
The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services
  •  Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer
  • Create and actively follow up transactional quotes
  •  Proactive looking for upselling opportunities
  • Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food processing)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a technical sales or customer support role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • It is essential for all this that you have a very good command of written and spoken English. Additionally, excellent verbal and written Romanian communication skills at a professional level are required
