As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales team is hiring an Inside Sales Engineer to support our internal and external sales teams Sales. Based in Dallas, Texas, this team will act as presales support for the Sales and Inside Sales in the early stage of the opportunities, as a technical hotline for our partners and  will assist with customers technical inquiries as part of the RFP process. This is an exciting opportunity help support the build out of a new function at Nozomi Networks. As a team creation, you’ll report to the VP of Worlwide Sales engineering and as a first in the team you’ll play a key role in setting the baseline for the success of the team and its future growth. In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.
  • Act as a channel technical hotline, assisting with technical request and presales support from our elite partners.
  • Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by contributing drafting and reviewing RFPs answers, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Fluency in English and near-native proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with a good understanding in network technologies and information security
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong work ethic

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $85,960 to $98,560 This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
