What You’ll Do
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position focuses on managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records to help drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, dispatching, call center operations, or administrative support, preferably within a residential service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and professionally handle customer inquiries.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and convert inbound leads into booked appointments.
- Experience managing high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: 60k-90k plus performance bonus
Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
