Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support our growing sales team. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating sales efforts, supporting physician and facility relationships, and helping turn opportunities into results. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong inside sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Inside Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for distribution partners, physicians, hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
- Assist sales leadership with price quotes, sales tracking, and logistics for training events and projects.
- Follow up on leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and referral sources.
- Communicate our product value proposition clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support for trade shows and labs (including occasional evening events and Saturdays).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS in related field).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales—medical devices or B2B preferred. Internship or marketing experience a plus.
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong verbal and written communication, ability to communicate effectively with team and externally with customers and vendors.
- High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Highly motivated, confident, self-director and willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
- Driven, proactive, and deadline-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP a plus
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on-site in Baldwin, NY.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours (including some Saturdays).
