Mid-level position
The Inside Sales Analyst plays a key role within Mobile Solutions, partnering closely with OEM customers and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a professional with strong skills in data analysis to support Mobile Solutions Sales Team, and who has previous experience in the position, preferably, in the automotive/agriculture market. This person will prepare orders, delivery responses, serve clients and, at times, attend to unplanned demands. It is important that you have skills in price readjustment negotiations to strategically coordinate negotiations with our clients.
Your Responsabilities
Direct support to Key Accounts managers mainly through:
• Analyzing the variations in costs, margins, volumes, forecasts of customers.
• Support in the preparation of price adjustments.
• Preparation of economic viability files for new businesses or those with growth potential.Monthly update of sales reports and managerial presentations.
Manage portfolio of existing small clients and map new potential.
Contact global times for internal support activities or accounts in your wallet.
Market analysis, trends and variations that may impact the business.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engine, Economy or related subjects.
2+ years of experience acting at an Inside Sales position.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to read and write e-mails, make and lead presentations and meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
Experience with CRM systems and Oracle.
Experience with the automotive/agriculture market.
Experience with the (automotive) heavy market.
