Contact Portuguese business owners to sell and onboard them onto Teya's payments platform. Build relationships, guide merchants through activation, communicate product value, meet sales targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Integration, and Support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

A tua missão:

• Ligar-se a empresários em Portugal, inspirando-os a modernizar a forma como aceitam os pagamentos com a Teya.

• Construir relações com os empresários e orientá-los durante o processo de integração — desde o primeiro contacto até à ativação completa.

• Comunicar com confiança o valor da Teya e como as nossas soluções podem ajudar as empresas a crescer.

• Proporcionar uma experiência excecional ao cliente, garantindo que todos os comerciantes podem começar a aceitar pagamentos de forma rápida e fácil.

• Atingir e superar consistentemente os objetivos de vendas individuais e da equipa.

• Colaborar de perto com o Marketing, Integração e Suporte para manter o processo de vendas tranquilo e eficiente.

O que procuramos:

• Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e empatia.

• ​​Uma motivação genuína para ajudar os clientes e superar os objetivos.

• Experiência prévia em vendas (contact center, inside sales) é uma grande mais-valia, mas não é obrigatória.

• Forte organização, resiliência e atitude positiva.

• Fluência em português (o inglês é uma mais-valia).

• Conhecimentos básicos de ferramentas digitais (HubSpot, Google Workspace, etc.) são uma mais-valia.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Genuine motivation to help customers and exceed goals
  • Previous sales experience (contact center, inside sales)
  • Strong organization, resilience, and positive attitude
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools (HubSpot, Google Workspace)
