The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the engine of our sales process. You’ll be managing customer relationships, generating leads, and providing exceptional account management services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation: Conduct cold and warm calls to introduce market-leading payment solutions.
- Relationship Building: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Target Driven: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM to ensure seamless handovers.
The Essentials (Read Before Applying)
- Experience: Inside Sales/Lead Generation experience is required
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer Service Skills: Experience in Account Management and Customer Service
- Understanding: Knowledge of payment processing and financial services industry advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
