You’ll collaborate closely with a team that values communication, trust, and shared success over competition, contributing to an environment where everyone grows together. If you’re someone who learns quickly, enjoys engaging conversations, and thrives in situations that challenge you to think critically and empathically, this role offers the chance to build meaningful connections while helping others experience opportunities of a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective parents and students and discuss the value of the program.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM system
  • Meet daily and monthly call quotas and sales performance targets
  • Follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
