Are you customer focused and ready to step in to sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Central North Island Sales Account Manager to join our team in Hamilton! This is the perfect opportunity if you’ve built strong customer service skills in a service-based industry and are ready to grow into sales and account management.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll be hands-on with customer queries, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the wider sales team to deliver great outcomes. This role is about growing with us — we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services
  • Keeping accurate customer records in Salesforce
  • Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver solutions

  • Experience in a customer-facing or service-based role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call centre, logistics, admin support)
