About the Role

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing RxpertsMD by developing new customer relationships, expanding sales within an assigned territory, and providing exceptional service to independent pharmacies and healthcare customers.

We're adding to the team as our customer base and sales activity continue to grow. This role plays a key part in supporting that growth through new business development, customer relationship management, and consultative sales support.

You'll partner with customers to identify purchasing opportunities, negotiate pricing, and deliver solutions that help drive profitability. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, sales-minded, and energized by building a book of business in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


What You'll Do

·       Prospect, qualify, and convert new pharmacy and healthcare customers

·       Build and grow a sales territory through proactive outreach and relationship development

·       Develop trusted customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual interactions

·       Negotiate pricing and secure orders within established company guidelines

·       Identify opportunities to help customers improve profitability and meet their purchasing needs

·       Analyze purchasing trends and recommend solutions that support customer profitability and growth

·       Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations

·       Collaborate with operations, customer support, and internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience

·       Utilize CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales data to identify growth opportunities

·       Stay informed on industry trends, product availability, and market changes

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 1+ years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience

• Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, healthcare or distribution industry experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
