DS Containers is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team in Batavia, Illinois. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from order entry through shipment while working closely with Sales, Production, Scheduling, Shipping, Quality, and Accounting.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Process customer orders accurately through our ERP system.
- Manage customer orders from entry through shipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Scheduling and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and customer stock programs.
- Maintain customer pricing, reports and account records.
- Process graphics/artwork requests and engraving orders.
- Enter and manage customer quality concerns.
- Resolve inventory, payment and order discrepancies.
- Assist Outside Sales with forecasts, budgets and customer support.
- Build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred.
- 2–5+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales Support experience.
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- ERP/MRP experience (JD Edwards experience is a plus).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude.
Skills Required
- Associate degree
