Inside Sales Account Manager - Public (medium size customers)

Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support field sales while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.
You will:

  • Work with public customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities

  • Be responsible for various sized accounts

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners

  • Use in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn and understand a broad range of technology products and services, and translate them into solutions that fit customer needs.

  • Brings prior experience in a relationship‑driven sales environment.

  • Strong aptitude for understanding customer challenges and matching them with relevant solutions.

  • Able to coach and support peers to help elevate team performance.

  • Professional proficiency in Dutch and a strong command of English.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
