About the role

Join a team where your drive, ownership, and business‑building mindset truly matter. We are looking for a high‑energy, growth‑oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to expand and develop our Life Sciences customer base across the UK, Ireland, and Eastern Europe. In this role, you will own a defined territory of small and medium-sized Life Sciences customers, cultivate strong customer relationships, and consistently uncover new business opportunities. You will sell Sensitech’s market‑leading solutions through multiple channels, manage the full proposal cycle, renew agreements, and drive upsell opportunities for customers in the small and mid‑market segment. You will work closely with prospects and customers to demonstrate the value of Sensitech’s technologies—ultimately supporting our commercial objectives and contributing to the momentum of our EMEA sales organization.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or a comparable commercial education.
  • 3+ years of experience selling technical products, with a proven track record of revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., MedTech, Life Sciences, Pharma Logistics).
  • Strong negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling supply chain solutions, IoT, SaaS, or other technical services.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to fill the pipeline and consistently advance deals through the sales cycle.
  • Deep understanding of pharma, logistics, regulatory compliance, and transportation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience preparing proposals and responding to small/medium RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics to senior stakeholders under time pressure.
  • Team player with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Based in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor performance across your customer portfolio, analyze trends, and take action to address business changes and deliver strong results.
  • Continuously scan your territory to identify, qualify, and convert new leads into revenue opportunities.
  • Respond to tenders across all segments, partnering closely with Solution Consultants to ensure high‑quality submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to Sensitech’s sales policies while effectively contributing to EMEA sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the broader EMEA Sales team to provide customers with best‑in‑class solutions, including offering technical insights to prospects.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through regular sales calls, product demonstrations, upselling initiatives, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
