What you’ll achieve

 

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a positive experience to customers who are considering the purchase of Dell Technologies products while maximizing revenue and margin generation. You will put in place sales actions to acquire new customers and retain them to improve the company’s results.

 

You will:

  • Manage high volume OUTBOUND sales CALLS by telephone based on Leads and portfolio

  • Manage a high volume of LEADS and accounts to reach the maximum number of customers and orders 

  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations

  • Achieve set targets by selling Dell solutions

  • Receive regular coaching and mentoring to ensure your success

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a master’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration/Management

  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings

  • Potential to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions

  • Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners

  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve quarterly targets

Desirable Requirements

  • English communication is a plus
