Are you an Italian speaker Inside Sales Rep or a Partner Account Rep passionate about digital transformation technology? PTC is looking for motivated sales professionals to develop, manage and grow value added reseller partners in the CAD, PLM, IOT and AR market space across all of Europe.

Your key skill is to build and grow partnerships and revenues! This is an exciting time to join PTC and win in the digital transformation market!

Day-To-Day:

o Build remote relationships with PSRs (Partner Sales Reps) and partner sales managers.

o Build, manage and execute on an aligned business plan with the partners.

o Investigate and understand internal strategies, business models and processes of potential partners.

o Help develop booking forecast in coordination with partners and PTC management team.

o Execute programs/agreements to drive incremental revenue for both PTC and its partners.

o Meet/Exceed assigned quota by driving sales indirectly through assigned reselling partners.

o Coordinate with all PTC internal teams into one voice to the partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Ability to establish and maintain lasting and valuable relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proven track record of remote partner management or remote selling through partners in the Enterprise Software market in Europe.
  • Good understanding of partner networks, VARs, ISVs, DSPs, VADs and Sis and their business models and financials.
  • Experience in partner management and partner development is a major plus.
  • Experience in digital transformation technologies. CAD, PLM, is a plus.
