In this role you will:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:

    • Respond to and qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from campaigns, web forms, chat, phone, and events.

    • Engage with prospecting to net new target accounts using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms.
        

  • Drive Revenue Growth

    • Manage demand and prospect into existing and new SMB/Mid-Market accounts to uncover opportunities, generate pipeline, and close deals across all Logitech product lines and solutions.
        

  • Pipeline Development:

    • Nurture early-stage leads to move them through the sales funnel effectively.

    • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products, negotiate contracts, and deliver accurate forecasts to consistently meet or exceed quotas.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity records in Salesforce.com
        

  • Customer Engagement:

    • Educate prospects on Logitech’s product portfolio, including Unified Communications, video collaboration, and workspace solutions.

    • Articulate the value proposition of Logitech’s offerings and how they address customer challenges.
        

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.

    • Support deal registration processes and partner communication as needed.
        

  • Performance Metrics:

    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline contribution.

    • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Experience in inbound/outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales.

  • Experience with B2B sales experience with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade business and IT leaders.

  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement platforms a plus

  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn with a strong desire to grow a career in sales.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quotas.

  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Experience in matrix management an advantage.

  • Native Polish + English Language are a critical requirement
